Micah Siva is an award-winning cookbook author, trained chef, registered dietitian, recipe writer, and food photographer specializing in modern Jewish cuisine. She is the author of the best-selling cookbook Nosh: Plant-Forward Recipes Celebrating Modern Jewish Cuisine and shares Jewish-inspired, plant-forward recipes through her blog, Nosh with Micah. A graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute of Health & Culinary Arts, Micah's career in food media spans work with global brands, media outlets, and publications. She lives in the Chicago area with her husband, Josh, and their mini sheepadoodle, Buckwheat.
